Responsibilities:
- **Campaign Strategy**:
- Develop and implement effective PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media channels.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize campaign performance.
- **Ad Creation and Optimization**:
- Create compelling and targeted ad copies.
- Monitor and optimize ad performance, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting parameters as needed.
- A/B testing of ad variations to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
- **Budget Management**:
- Manage daily and monthly budgets effectively to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Monitor and control campaign expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- **Analysis and Reporting**:
- Regularly analyze campaign performance data and provide insightful reports.
- Identify trends and insights to make data-driven decisions.
- Generate reports for stakeholders, highlighting key performance metrics.
- **Keyword Management**:
- Monitor and update keyword lists to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market.
- **Conversion Tracking**:
- Implement and manage conversion tracking tools to measure campaign success.
- Work closely with the analytics team to understand user behavior and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- **Collaboration**:
- Coordinate with other marketing team members to align PPC campaigns with broader marketing strategies.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
- **Stay Updated**:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, new tools, and best practices in PPC advertising.
- Proactively suggest and implement improvements to PPC strategies.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PPC Executive or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of PPC campaign management and optimization.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Google Ads certification is a plus.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
