Job Title: Field Sales Executive - FMCG Sector

We're on the lookout for a proactive Field Sales Executive to join our team in the fast-moving FMCG sector. Your role will involve on-the-ground activities to drive sales, foster customer relationships, and meet revenue targets.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Execute effective sales strategies to achieve and surpass sales goals in the FMCG sector.

2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities while nurturing existing client relationships in the field.

3. Conduct field research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, for seamless field execution of sales initiatives.

5. Present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals with clients.

6. Provide regular field reports and performance updates to the management team.

7. Stay well-informed about product knowledge and industry developments for effective client communication.

8. Address customer concerns promptly in the field to maintain high satisfaction levels.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven field sales experience in the FMCG sector.

2. In-depth knowledge of FMCG products, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.

3. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, field-based environment.

5. Availability for regular travel as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship

**Salary**: ₹9,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
