**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Product Promotion: Showcase skincare products in creative ways through unboxings, tutorials, routines, before-and-after results, and customer testimonials.
- Audience Engagement: Stay up to date with the latest trends in skincare and social media to create relevant content that aligns with audience interests and current platform trends.
- Brand Representation: Maintain consistent visual and brand tone across all video content while reflecting the brand’s core values and aesthetics.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop video strategies that align with product launches, promotions, and overall brand growth.
- Stay Trendy: Monitor competitors, influencers, and skincare trends to continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- SEO Optimization: Utilize SEO best practices to improve content visibility and drive organic traffic to our website.

**Skills**:

- Photography skills for capturing high-quality product shots.
- Graphic design knowledge (Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator) to create thumbnails, captions, or infographics.
- Basic understanding of social media algorithms and SEO for video content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 year of hands-on experience in social media marketing or a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous content projects (writing samples, social media campaigns, videos, etc.).
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Experience with social media advertising and campaign management is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
