**Job Description: Tele-caller Executive**

**Company: Credit up technology Pvt. Ltd., 1003-1004 Veera Desai Road, Azad Nagar, Andheri west**

**Location**: Andheri West, Mumbai
**Position**: Full-time, Office-based

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Appointment Scheduling**: Arrange and schedule meetings for the sales manager with potential clients or partners.
- **Callback Generation**: Ensure follow-ups are made and callbacks are generated as per the manager's requirements.
- **Channel Partner Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to generate leads and appointments.
- **MIS Reporting**: Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports detailing the status of leads, appointments, and other key metrics.
- **Lead Generation**: Work closely with channel partners and other sources to generate new leads for the sales team.
- **Communication**: Exhibit excellent communication skills, especially in English, to effectively engage with clients and partners.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in tele calling, telemarketing, or a related role, preferably within the finance sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Must have excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong relationship management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- **Organization**: High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
