**Job Description: Telecaller - Outbound Lead Generation**

**Job Title**: Telecaller

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Job Location**: Mumbai

**Shift Timings**: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

**Salary**: Fixed salary with lucrative incentives based on performance

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Pitch various financial products such as Credit Cards, Personal Loans, Home Loans, etc.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer details.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: HSC passed or above.
- **Communication Skills**: Good to excellent communication skills in English and other languages.
- **Age**: Between 18 to 35 years.
