
Customer Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Agricultural Advisor to join our team In this role, you will provide expert advice and sales support to farmers over the phone, helping them make informed decisions on products and solutions tailored to their specific agricultural needs.Key Responsibilities:Provide expert advice on crop planning, soil health, pest and disease management, and sustainable farming practices.Engage with farmers over calls to understand their requirements and provide tailored product recommendations.Educate farmers on product benefits, best practices, and efficient use to enhance crop yield and profitability.Build and maintain strong relationships, offering continued support and expert advice.Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and growth objectives..Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Soil Science, or related field.Proven experience in agriculture advisory, agribusiness consulting, or similar role.Knowledge of crop management, soil science, pest control, and sustainable agriculture practices.Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex agricultural concepts clearly.Familiarity with modern agricultural technologies, including precision agriculture and farm management software.Why Join Us?Be part of an innovative team committed to transforming agriculture and supporting farmers' success.Opportunities for professional growth and skill enhancement.Contribute to sustainable agriculture and make a tangible impact on the farming community.
