**Role Description-**

As a Customer Support Executive, your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers over the phone, providing them with timely assistance and resolutions. Your duties will include:

- **Handling inbound and outbound calls to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.**:

- **Demonstrating active listening skills and empathy to understand customers' concerns and provide appropriate solutions.**:

- **Adhering to established call scripts and protocols to ensure consistent and high-quality customer interactions.**:

- **Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.**:

- **Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in our database.**:

- **Collaborating with team members to identify areas for process improvement and enhance the overall customer experience.**

**Requirements**:

- **UG/PG qualification in any field.**:

- **Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and concisely over the phone.**:

- **Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.**:

- **Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous but not mandatory.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
