**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Telecaller to join our loan collection team. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting delinquent borrowers to recover overdue payments on loans. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with professionalism and confidentiality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Initiate phone calls to borrowers with overdue loans to discuss payment statuses and resolve outstanding balances.
- **Customer Interaction**: Engage with borrowers to understand their financial situation, address concerns, and negotiate payment arrangements.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions, including call outcomes and payment agreements, in the company’s CRM system.
- **Follow-Up**: Monitor and follow up on payment arrangements to ensure compliance and timely resolution of overdue accounts.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and send formal communication, such as reminders and collection notices, to borrowers as necessary.
- **Compliance**: Adhere to legal and company policies regarding loan collection practices and ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations.
- **Reporting**: Generate and submit regular reports on collection activities, outstanding balances, and other relevant metrics to management.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service by addressing borrower queries and resolving issues professionally and effectively.
