**Job Title: Sales and Digital Marketing Executive**

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing Strategy**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end process, including campaign planning, content creation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- **Drip Marketing**:

- Create and manage automated drip marketing campaigns to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to set up personalized drip sequences based on customer behavior and preferences.
- **Customer Nurturing**:

- Implement strategies to nurture and retain existing customers through targeted communication and value-added content.
- Develop loyalty programs and incentives to enhance customer retention.
- **Sales Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
- Provide sales enablement materials and support to enhance the effectiveness of the sales process.
- **Data Analysis**:

- Analyze data from various marketing channels to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Use data insights to refine marketing strategies and improve overall performance.
- **Content Creation**:

- Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials.
- **Technology Utilization**:

- Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage emerging technologies to enhance digital marketing efforts.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data to inform decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹300,000.69 - ₹500,000.07 per year
