**Roles and Responsibilities**
- End to end risk assessment of activities Outsourced by business units to vendors and corresponding control testing post implementation.
- Identify/Design new Key Risk Indicators and review & monitor the same on periodic basis to highlight any outsourcing risk concerns based on adverse trends/ breaches.
- Responsible for implementation and framing of outsourcing risk policies & frameworks.
- Detailed review of PMC/CMC and OAS notes involving outsourcing activity.
- Review of Vendors and activities at regular intervals.
- Preparation of Outsourcing Dashboard.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Preparation of committee agenda /minutes/Presentation.
- Preparation and submission of presentations/ reports/MIS within stipulated time and with precise information.
