As a Junior Finance Executive at [Ababil healthcare ], you will have the opportunity to kickstart your career in the finance industry while gaining valuable experience and knowledge. You will work closely with our experienced finance professionals and assist in various financial activities. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with mínimal work experience in finance.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Financial Data Entry**: Accurately record financial transactions in our accounting system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with accounting standards.

**Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Assist in processing invoices, tracking payments, and managing accounts payable and receivable.

**Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements and maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions.

**Expense Tracking**: Monitor and record expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and budgets.

**Financial Reporting**: Assist in preparing financial reports and statements for internal and external stakeholders.

**Assist in Audits**: Support audit processes by providing necessary documentation and assisting auditors as needed.

**Budget Support**: Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, and help track budget performance.

**Financial Analysis**: Conduct basic financial analysis and research to support decision-making.

**Compliance**: Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and internal policies.

**Administrative Tasks**: Perform general administrative tasks related to the finance department as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
