**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Make outbound calls** to prospective and existing customers to promote products/services.
- **Respond to inbound inquiries** from potential customers and provide them with relevant information.
- **Build rapport** with customers by engaging in professional and friendly conversations.
- **Understand customer needs** and tailor solutions to fit their requirements.
- **Provide product knowledge** to customers and address their questions or concerns.
- **Upsell or cross-sell products** where appropriate to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Achieve sales targets** and other KPIs set by the company.
- **Maintain a customer database** by updating contact information and interaction history in CRM systems.
- **Follow up on leads** and close sales efficiently.
- **Handle customer complaints** professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Collaborate with the sales team** to improve overall sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- **Previous experience** in telesales, customer service, or a related sales role.
- **Excellent communication skills**, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- **Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.**:

- **Basic knowledge of CRM systems** and MS Office Suite.
- **Customer-focused attitude** with an ability to build long-lasting relationships.
- **Self-motivated** and driven to achieve goals.
- **Multitasking skills** and ability to handle rejection professionally.
- **Fluent in [language]** (add languages as needed).
- **High school diploma or equivalent;** a degree in marketing, business, or a related field is a plus.
