Key Responsibilities: Generating Leads: Telesales Executives identify potential customers through various methods like cold calling and utilizing provided leads. Selling Products/Services: They present products and services to customers, highlighting their features and benefits to persuade them to buy. Meeting Sales Targets: A primary responsibility is to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals. Customer Relationship Management: They build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service. Handling Inquiries and Objections: Telesales Executives address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and overcome objections effectively. Maintaining Records: They accurately record all sales activities, customer interactions, and relevant information within the company's CRM system. Following Up on Leads: They follow up on leads and opportunities to convert prospects into customers. Collaboration: They collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and share insights. Product Knowledge: They stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor information.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
