**Reports to (Position)**: Manager
**Department/Function**: CBU - Electrical Engineering

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Purpose of the Job: Responsible for Ensuring the Equipment availability of CBU - Final Mixing (Phase-2) for
uninterrupted production with respect to Electrical. To Analyse the incidence of major breakdowns and execute strategies toimprove overall reliability of equipment in a safe work culture through QCC
approach with department total employee involvement.

**Major Responsibilities**:
Ensure safety & health of the employees and create
Accident-Free Department
Ensure safety of machinery, electrical systems, andinfrastructure.
Support lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), permit-to-work
(PTW), and energy isolation procedures.
Ensure Final (Mixer Ph-1&2)availability to achieve requiredTEEPc
Continual improvement on cost reduction

**Skills**:
Electrical & Electronics Engineering Fundamental.
PLC & Automation
Man management and interpersonal skills
Problem solving and Analytical skill
Time Management and Prioritization

**Relevant Experience**: 6 to 8 Years experience in Tyre manufacturing.

**Education Qualification(s)**:Graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
