**E-Commerce Executive-**
- Minimum 2 year Experience in E-commerce role.
- Any Graduate can apply.
- Would be joining the E-commerce department Under the E-Commerce Head.
- Handling all types of e-commerce operational tasks
- learning the portal, creating basic reports related to sales, inventory, further understanding about product development, research etc.
- English communication fluency (preferred) If not then basic communication should be good
- Should be great in MS-Excel (Basic, formula based etc.)
- Strong expertise in managing product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and other e-commerce operations to optimize product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
- Creation of ocean shipments on the dashboards and keep a close a track for the same
- Observe the sales, promotions, marketing being carried across the e-commerce platforms
- Working closely with demand planning, merchandising and warehouse teams to ensure the fulfilment of orders on time
- Analysing and providing reports on a weekly or monthly basis for sales analysis etc.
- Reviewing stock levels and sales data to maintain a stable supply and demand status
- Reviewing customer feedback and queries and replying on timely basis.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
