**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products or services.
- Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-up activities in Excel or CRM systems.
- Generate leads and set up appointments or demos as required.
- Work closely with the sales and support teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain a polite and professional demeanor at all times.

**Key Requirements**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele calling, customer service, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Insert preferred languages - e.g., English and Hindi].
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data entry, sorting, filtering, etc.).
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
