**Role Overview**:
As a Tele Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to generate leads, make outbound calls, and convert prospects into customers through persuasive selling techniques. You will play a key role in promoting our products/services, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**:

- Identify potential leads through various sources and conduct market research.
- **Outbound Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to introduce products/services and follow up on leads.
- **Sales Conversion**:

- Engage prospects, present product benefits, and close sales effectively.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Maintain strong relationships with customers, address inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams, share insights, and optimize strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales or telemarketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
