Role Overview

As a Tele-Sales Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers who reach us through our social media campaigns. Your role will be to connect, engage, and convert these leads into walk-ins or confirmed orders by building rapport, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads generated from social media advertisements and digital campaigns.
  • Engage potential clients (both men and women, primarily middle-aged or elderly) with warmth, patience, and professionalism.
  • Conduct follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp to nurture interest and move leads toward store visits or closures.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and conversions using CRM tools or lead trackers.
  • Collaborate closely with the in-store team to ensure smooth handover of confirmed walk-ins or finalized deals.
  • Provide detailed product information, customization options, and pricing as per client needs.
  • Handle objections, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
  • Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales and conversion targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 13 years of experience in tele-sales, customer service, or inside sales (preferably in lifestyle, gifting, or retail sector).
  • Languages: Must be fluent in Hindi and Punjabi with basic English communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional patience, empathy, and ability to connect with diverse age groups.
  • Follow-up Discipline: Strong at tracking leads, sending reminders, and maintaining communication until closure.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using WhatsApp, basic Excel/Google Sheets, and telecalling/CRM tools.
  • Personality: Warm, persuasive, and customer-first mindset.
