✨ **Job Summary**:
We are hiring **Telecalling Executives**to handle outbound calls and engage with potential or existing customers to promote our products/services, follow up on inquiries, and generate leads.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
- Explain products/services clearly and persuasively
- Generate leads and fix appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain call records
- Maintain positive relations with customers and resolve queries
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets

**Required Skills**:

- Good verbal communication in Hindi and/or English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
- Polite, confident, and target-driven
- Quick learner with a persuasive tone
- Ability to handle rejection and keep calling

**Qualification**:

- 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
- Prior experience in tele-sales or customer service is a plus
- Fresher with good communication skills are welcome

**Salary**: As per industry standards

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
