Job Title: Telecaller - PCD Pharma Marketing

Location: Panchkula, Haryana

**Job Description**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced tele caller to join our team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support through phone calls, generating and converting leads for our products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle customer inquiries and provide product information over the phone
- Follow up on potential leads and maintain customer records
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Generate and convert leads and increase sales
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller in the PCD Pharma industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and build positive relationships with customers
- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and databases
- Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints
- Positive and professional attitude towards work
