Responsibilities: ON SITE ONLY
- Looking for someone who is aggressive, Team Player and aware of the technologies in the market.
- Have Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
- Should have Minimum 2+years of experience in (US IT Staffing)
- Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1 B, OPT and TN Visa.
- Knowledge of Employment Type w2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
- Experienced with End-to-End cycle of sales from submitting Profiles, Rate Negotiations and Follow Up.
- Knowledge on Job Portals like Dice, Monster and Career Builder and social media Platforms.
- Able to Handle and Turn H1 B Transfers and Referrals on to our W2 Consultants.
- Must be independent and a self-starter and have high risk-taking capabilities.
- Must deal patiently with the consultants and keep Updating them on daily basis regarding the marketing.
- Must be prompt on Responding on time to consultants, Vendors and Clients.
- Co-ordinate with the internal recruiting team for any new client or Vendor Requirements.
- Update and maintain every month reports of Interviews scheduled, and Placements are done.

Business Development Executive **Responsibilities**:
Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Business Development Executive Requirements:
Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.

Extensive sales experience.

Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.

Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.

Professional yet affable disposition.

Neat, well-groomed appearance.

Great networking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication.

Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.

Emboldened by challenges.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
