**JJob Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers/clients as per the project requirements.
- Inform clients about the company’s services/products and answer their queries.
- Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain a database of client interactions.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the project guidelines.
- Provide accurate information and document conversations in the CRM system.
- Handle objections and turn cold leads into potential customers.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales representative, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain positive during calls.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of CRM tools or ability to learn them quickly.
- Proficiency in [specify language(s)] is an advantage.
- Flexible and able to work on a freelance basis, meeting project deadlines.
