**Location**: 1st Floor ARIASHREE Building 236, S.D.Chatterjee Road, Baruipur, Kolkata 700144

**Work Days**: Mon-Fri, Sat (half)
**Salary**: Per month salary + Attractive Incentives (~10% commission on each successful client conversion)
**Travel Reimbursement**: Provided for all approved field visits

**Job Summary**:
Mediog Labs is seeking a Sales Executive to drive adoption of our cutting-edge **Teleradiology PACS**solution across diagnostic labs, hospitals, and imaging centres. This role is 90% focused on office-based cold calling, with occasional field visits (10%) for key client meetings or demonstrations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct daily cold calls to potential clients to generate qualified leads.
- Schedule online or in-person demos for interested leads.
- Occasionally visit prospective clients (e.g., diagnostic labs, hospitals, imaging centres) for high-impact meetings or deal closures.
- Present and explain the Teleradiology PACS features, benefits, and pricing to decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate lead records, call logs, and sales activities using CRM or tracking tools.
- Achieve or exceed monthly targets in terms of call volume, lead generation, and conversions.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on client interactions and suggestions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Fluency in **English, Bengali, and Hindi** is mandatory.
- Proven communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience in **cold calling, software sales, or medical B2B sales** is strongly preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work independently.
- Basic understanding of technical software solutions and healthcare systems.
- Comfortable with local travel for field visits (travel expenses covered).

**Preferred Qualifications (Optional but a Plus)**:

- Exposure to healthcare IT, radiology systems, or SaaS telesales.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools or sales tracking platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
