Customer Support Coordinator

**Qualification**:Any degree.
**Experience**:1+ years of experience in customer coordination(technical or non-technical), customer support and relationship, client co-ordination etc are encouraged.
**Skills**:
- Must be proficient in communicating in local or regional languages (Telugu and Hindi)
- Must be good in English communication.
- Experience in customer handling, client relationship and manage calls.
**Job overview**:
**Roles and responsibilities**:
- Receive customer calls, address their concern and direct them to the concern team to get their request done.
- Must be able to manage telephonic calls from customers through IVR and lodge sales request or service complaints in our system.
- Follow up with the customer post sales or service and get feedback about the service or sales done.
- Should be strong communication skills and must be multilingual (Telugu, Hindi, English, Tamil)
- Maintain TAT for all calls.
- Prepare detailed monthly reports on sale and services done and submit it to the management.
To provide details of delayed calls and engineer’s performance.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
