Initiate & build relationships with channel partners
- Visit channel partner offices, explain project amenities, cost, Incentive ladder, schemes etc.
- Building excellent network of Channel Partners, Handling Agent related issue. Setting up of targets for Brokers and reviewing their performance.
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base and increasing business opportunities through lead generation & various routes like brokers, channel partners to the market.
- Keeping a follow up with CP team for walk in customers, revisits and closure
- Assisting Sales closing team in negotiation, co-ordination and closure of deals
- Maintaining accurate MIS of walk in, visits and closures. Sharing the same with MIS TEAM on daily basis
- Identifying Potential Channel Partners and should have good knowledge of the local market. Should be able to gather market Intelligence on competitors and their activities. Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Organize and assist in Channel partner meets.
- Design roadmap that forecasts and prioritizes strategic sourcing project demand based on collected business intelligence, data analysis, and industry insights.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
