As we launch a **first-of-its-kind, next-generation B2B e-commerce platform**, we are seeking passionate and driven professionals to join our team.

**Job Title: Operations & Sourcing Executive - Excipients**

**Location**: Thane

**Experience**: 1-3 years preferred _(Freshers with relevant background may also apply)_
**Industry**: Pharma / Life Sciences / Chemicals / E-commerce

**Key Responsibilities**

**Vendor Identification & Management**
- Conduct market research to identify potential manufacturers, especially in the **pharma excipients** sector.
- Evaluate and onboard vendors in line with company quality and operational standards.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both domestic and international suppliers.

**Negotiation & Cost Optimization**
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules to drive cost efficiencies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing strategies with business needs.

**Vendor Performance & Risk Mitigation**
- Monitor vendor performance and proactively resolve quality or compliance issues.
- Identify potential risks (e.g. supply chain disruption, vendor reliability) and implement mitigation plans.

**Market Intelligence & Strategy**
- Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and innovations related to excipients and sourcing.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in sourcing and procurement functions.

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with:

- A graduate/postgraduate degree in **Sales & Marketing**, **International Business**, **Pharma**, or **Life Sciences**.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a **fast-paced, high-growth** environment.
- Familiarity with **e-commerce platforms** will be considered an added advantage.

**Preferred Academic Background**
- **B.Pharm / M.Pharm**:

- **B.Sc. / M.Sc.** (Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biotechnology)
