**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Communication**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and assist in resolving issues promptly and professionally.

**Sales Support**:

- Support senior sales executives in lead generation, follow-ups, and account management.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client details and interaction history.

**Coordination and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of services/products.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or demos for the sales team.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare and share regular sales activity reports with the team.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and share insights with senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales support or customer-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and MS Office Suite.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently under mínimal supervision.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
