Position: Cafe Chef
We are searching for a skilled and creative Cafe Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and visually appealing starters and deep-fried items. Your culinary expertise will elevate our cafe's menu, ensuring a delightful experience for our customers.
**Responsibilities**:
1. Prepare and execute a diverse range of starters, appetizers, and deep-fried dishes according to the cafe's menu standards.
2. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food production.
3. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
4. Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring fresh and high-quality ingredients are consistently available.
5. Innovate and contribute to menu development, bringing new and exciting flavors to our offerings.
6. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, promoting a clean and organized kitchen environment.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Chef with a focus on starters and deep-fried items in a cafe or similar setting.
2. Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
3. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and food presentation.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
5. Creative mindset with a passion for experimenting with new ingredients and dishes.
6. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 per month
