Responsibilities:
Marketing Duties
- Promote Thangam Catering services to potential clients (weddings, events, corporates).
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads from inquiries and referrals.
- Build and maintain client relationships to generate repeat business.
- Assist in creating marketing materials, handling social media updates, and basic digital promotion.
- Coordinate with event organizers and vendors for brand visibility.

Supervisory Duties
- Oversee on-site catering operations during events to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate between kitchen, service staff, and logistics teams.
- Monitor the quality of service, food presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Handle last-minute issues and resolve them professionally.
- Ensure timely setup, service, and closing of catering operations.

Qualifications:

- Freshers with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to learn are welcome.
- Prior experience in marketing, hospitality, or event supervision is a plus.
- Strong communication and people-handling skills.
- Willing to travel locally for event supervision and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of catering/event workflow is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹23,617.81 - ₹25,000.00 per month
