**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Business Strategy Support**:

- Assist in the development and execution of business strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to inform strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for growth and process improvements.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Collect and analyze business data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and support decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Coordinate daily operations, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with budgeting and financial analysis related to projects and business operations.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Contribute ideas for enhancing customer experience and business performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with business software or CRM tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Work Environment**:

- Full-time position.
- Office-based or hybrid, depending on the organization’s policies.
- Occasional travel may be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
