**Job Specification - Operations Executive / Production Supervisor**

**Position Title: Operations Executive / Production Supervisor**

**Location: Erode**

**Industry: Textile / Manufacturing**

**Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years**

**Salary Range: ₹15,000 - 17500/- per month**

**Job Purpose**

The Operations Executive will be responsible for coordinating

production, procurement, and inventory operations to ensure smooth

day-to-day functioning within the manufacturing unit. The role requires

a proactive individual with strong leadership, planning, and system

implementation skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate purchase activities to ensure timely procurement of raw

materials.
- Supervise production operations and monitor process efficiency.
- Manage inventory and stock levels to minimize shortages and overstock.
- Handle manpower allocation, attendance, and shift planning.
- Ensure implementation of Lean manufacturing and 5S principles.
- Maintain vendor coordination and develop strong supplier

relationships.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and adherence to SOPs.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing and 5S Implementation.
- Proficiency in Procurement Management and Vendor Coordination.
- Ability to plan, organize, and supervise manpower effectively.
- Hands-on experience in production line operations and process control.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- System-driven approach with focus on accuracy and accountability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,500.00 per month
