- Minimum of 6 years experience as a product owner, leading requirement gathering efforts, grooming the team backlog, authoring user stories and supporting the product management and engineering team
- Experience in an Agile/Scrum software development environment and agile tools (e.g. Rally)
- Ability in building relationships with broad range of constituencies, strong communication skills, and ability to develop a deep understanding of the business domains of the users involved
- Technical aptitude and exceptional ability to pay close attention to key details in order to analyze, understand and develop new product features
- Working well with broader, virtual team and have a flexible work structure that allows for early morning/late night calls with resources in other countries

**We’d Love to See**:

- Experience with data and analytical products
- Experience working with API, batch and/or GUI based products
- Experience with testing of new features
- Product owner certification

- Responsible for the product backlog for two or more scrum teams
- Contribute to the joint product roadmap while focusing on team specific backlogs
- Coordinate with stakeholders and business vertical leaders to shape the vision and requirements of new products and features
- Work with internal/external customers to understand personas, use cases, and market landscape
- Analyze metrics and reports to assess product areas of improvement and helps gain sponsorship for new projects
- Act an evangelist for the product, sharing information both internally and externally to help ensure the success of the product
- Work closely with team and user groups to identify opportunities for improvement within the product
- Act as a product SME assisting in the Go To Market process on a “per project” basis
- Work with internal training teams to expand knowledge of new features and products within the organization
