Min. 6 month experience required.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Make calls**: Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up with existing customers
- **Build relationships**: Build rapport with customers and engage with them to understand their needs
- **Provide information**: Educate customers about products or services, including features, pricing, and benefits
- **Resolve issues**: Address customer concerns and complaints quickly and professionally
- **Gather data**: Collect customer feedback and opinions to improve products and services
- **Generate sales**: Persuade customers to make purchases or arrange appointments
- **Maintain records**: Document customer interactions in a CRM system
- **Follow guidelines**: Adhere to organizational guidelines and legal requirements for telecalling
