**Designation: Auto CAD Draftsman**

**Job Location**:Mokokchung
- Nagaland

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and modify detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings, layouts, and blueprints for RDSS projects.
- Work closely with engineers, project managers, and site teams to develop accurate and comprehensive designs.
- Create technical drawings for **electrical distribution networks, substations, transmission lines, and other related infrastructures**.
- Ensure compliance with **RDSS guidelines, industry standards, and project specifications**.
- Interpret technical drawings, electrical schematics, and civil layouts.
- Maintain proper documentation and revisions of drawings based on client and engineering feedback.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve design issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits, as needed, to gather data and verify drawings.
- Utilize AutoCAD and other drafting software to improve accuracy and efficiency in design output.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Diploma or Degree** in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- **3-4 years of hands-on experience** in AutoCAD drafting for electrical distribution projects.
- Proven experience in drafting and designing **RDSS projects**.
- Strong knowledge of **GIS Mapping, Electrical Network Planning, and Power System Layouts**.
- Familiarity with **electrical distribution infrastructure, substations, transmission lines, and grid modernization**.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, and other relevant drafting tools.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical documents, and schematics.
- Knowledge of RDSS guidelines, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with **GIS Software (ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.)** for mapping and electrical distribution planning.
- Knowledge of power distribution system design and grid modernization initiatives.
- Familiarity with electrical safety codes and standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
