**Digital Marketing Specialist - Fresher**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic **Digital Marketing Specialist (Fresher)** to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our digital marketing efforts across various channels. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, gain valuable experience in the digital marketing field, and contribute to the success of our online presence.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
- Conduct basic keyword research and assist with SEO optimization efforts.
- Analyze website traffic data and other marketing metrics to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Assist with other marketing projects as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proficient in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (a plus)
- Eager to learn and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
