**Company Overview**:Digital Prerna is a leading digital marketing institute specializing in providing innovative and result-driven solutions to our students. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer to join our team and contribute to the growth and success.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop comprehensive digital marketing training programs, including course outlines, training materials, and assessments, based on industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on digital marketing topics to employees, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and customize training programs accordingly.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the digital marketing industry and incorporate them into training programs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessment metrics, and make necessary improvements.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new team members by providing training and guidance on digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Support the development of marketing collateral, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies, to showcase the expertise of the organization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal training processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an agency or training environment.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs, preferably in the digital marketing field.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners of different backgrounds and skill levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset.
- A passion for continuous learning and keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Relevant certifications, such as Google Ads or HubSpot certifications, are highly desirable.

**Job Location: Phase 8A, Mohali.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

**Salary**: ₹250.00 - ₹400.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
