**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital records.
- Conduct internet research and handle basic AI prompting tasks.
- Manage routine office documentation using MS Word, Excel, etc.
- Assist in ticket counter operations during show rush or peak hours.
- Support online ticket distribution and customer coordination when required.
- Collaborate with other departments for smooth daily operations.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **MS Office** (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of **AI tools** and ability to follow prompts.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Internet-savvy; must be comfortable with online research and tasks.
- Ability to handle multitasking and assist in front-desk operations as needed.
- Basic customer service and communication skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 12th pass or Graduate in any field.
- 0-2 years of experience in back office or admin work (freshers welcome).
- Willingness to work in a flexible, fast-paced live event environment.
- Must be willing to travel extensively across India with the touring team.

**Job Type**:
Full-time (Tour-based; extensive travel required)
