With the capability to produce complex designs in any color, Airysole operates 5 production lines across two units, spanning 63,000 square feet and producing 4.5 million pairs annually. Utilizing state-of-the-art Italian technology, the company provides high-quality soles that support many leading footwear brands both in India and internationally. Airysole has developed over 600 designs for renowned brands such as Red Chief, Bata India, Woodland, Hush Puppies, and many more. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Executive located in Kanpur. The Back Office Executive will be responsible for handling day-to-day back office operations, supporting office operations, and coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless workflow. Additional responsibilities include managing data entry, maintaining records, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Experience in Back Office Operations and Office Operations Strong Communication skills Basic understanding of Sales and Finance Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Proficiency in using office software and tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the footwear industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
