Hiring: Back Office Executive (Female) – Shipping & Logistics Company – Kanpur (U.P.)

We are looking for a smart, dedicated and proactive Female Back Office Executive to join our team at a leading Shipping & Logistics Company based in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

Position: Back Office Executive (Female)

Location: Kanpur, U.P.

Industry: Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Logistics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling documentation for shipping & logistics (Import/Export)
  • Coordination with clients, vendors & internal departments
  • Preparing and maintaining records, reports and MIS
  • Responding to emails & calls in a professional manner
  • Supporting day-to-day operations of the office

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Female candidate, Graduate preferred
  • Good communication skills (written & spoken)
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)
  • Experience in shipping/logistics documentation will be an added advantage
  • Freshers with good aptitude can also apply

Salary: As per industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: From ₹6,000.00 per month
