Role: AR Caller/AR Calling
Notice Period: Immediate
Shift Timings: US Shift
Job location: Mysore

Any Graduate
- Minimum 1 year of AR Calling Experience needed
- Good Knowledge in AR Calling & RCM voice

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Processing, verifying, and posting receipts for products sold or services rendered.
- Researching and resolving account discrepancies.
- Processing and recording transactions.
- Maintaining records regarding payments and account statuses.
- Obtaining information from other departments to ensure records are accurate and complete and that accounts receivable ledgers and journals are up to date.
- Working with the collections department to review accounts and client payment and credit history to develop new or better repayment terms.
- Performing administrative and clerical tasks, such as data entry, preparing invoices, sending bill reminders, filing paperwork, and contacting clients to discuss their accounts.
- Experience: Freshers / 1 year to 3 years in US medical billing process only.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
