Job Title: Admission Counselor (Sales)

**Job Description**:
As an Admission Counselor (Sales), you will play a crucial role in helping prospective students find their ideal educational path. You will be responsible for managing the admissions process from initial contact to enrollment, with a strong focus on generating new leads through cold calling and other outreach methods.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to prospective students and their families to generate leads, introduce our educational programs, and set up appointments for further discussions.
Consultative Selling: Assess the needs and goals of prospective students and recommend the most suitable programs or courses to meet their objectives.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective students, ensuring a positive and engaging experience throughout the admissions process.
Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospective students and track progress towards sales goals using our CRM system.
Collaboration: Work closely with the admissions team and other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient admissions process.
Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 0-2 years
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
