**WHO WE ARE?**

We are the Drona Foundation. Established in the year 2015, we are a leading institution of Gujarat in providing vocational higher education. Our main focus so far has been on promoting and providing B.Voc (Bachelor of Vocation) degrees among the youth. Across Gujarat, we have established 9+ B.Voc Hubs at leading Universities and Institutions, connected with 500+ industry partners to provide 9+ different B.Voc Specializations to 2000+ existing B.Voc students and 400+ B.Voc Graduates.

Based on Germany's Dual VET Education System and Guided by India's National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 we have created a robust model to make employable youth from our Higher Education System. We are trying to fill the gap between Industry-Academia by combining theoretical knowledge with tools such as Internships and On the Job Training (OJT) at industry to provide Skill based Vocational Education in real sense.
- Responsible for bringing maximum companies to the campus and placing all the students
of B.Voc in internship / On the Job Training (OJT) in each semester and round the year.
- Responsible for getting best possible companies to campus for final placement of all third
year B.Voc students.
- Responsible for contacting and networking with HR Managers, CEOs, M.Ds or owners of
the companies to maintain strong industrial relationship with them so it becomes easier
to place students.
- Responsible to be in touch with Management Associations, Engineering Associations,
Business Federations, Chamber of commerce and other industrial agencies who can be
catalyst in placement.
- Responsible for growing culture of Start-Ups among students and giving them sufficient
guidance and training along with establishing connection with Start-Up incubators to
cultivate entrepreneurial skills in students.
- Responsible for solving industry and student issues of placed students on day to day
basis and bridging gap between industry and academia by strong liaisoning.
- Responsible to provide training to students as per industry requirements and giving
feedback to academic team to make changes in syllabus accordingly.
- Responsible for connecting institute and sector skill council and keeping strong ties with
all the related sector skill councils.
- Responsible for skilling up students in real sense so that they get absorbed in industry.
- Responsible for drafting and maintaining documents such as letter of consents, letter of
intent, MoUs, letter of undertaking etc. and data regarding placement up to date on day
to day basis.
- Responsible for maintaining student’s attendance records of internship and conducting
VIVA for final exams.

**Location**: Lok Bharti Gram Vidhyapith, Sanosara, Bhavnagar, Gujarat.

**Note**: Stay & Food facility will be provided to Non local applicant.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (a Master's degree is advantageous).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in career counseling, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven ability to cultivate and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- A keen understanding of current job market trends and recruitment processes.
