POSITION: Clinical Compliance Reviewer

Clinical Compliance Reviewer includes:
Quality monitoring to identify gaps in clinical documentation, services provided and/or

established policies and processes.

Utilize technology ‐ based tools to obtain and document observations.

Reviews and becomes thoroughly familiar with documentation in order to correctly interpret

data according to the regulations.

Provides data analysis and reports as requested; identifies trends, patterns, quality variance

issues and appropriately reports.

The primary task is to handle all reports on the client portal and review them with a

high degree of accuracy as per the detailed process.

The process involves viewing the charts for review on the screen; following the set

process for the review and collating the data in the tool provided.

Must be efficient in managing the accuracy and productivity based on the average

times set by the organization.

He/she must show the willingness to learn new things.

Must be able to work in a team environment.

Must discuss every matter with the supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted.

Giving a resolution to each report assigned should be their whole and sole

responsibility, unless escalated.

Must efficiently set goals and work, so to maintain highest level of quality while

providing service to the clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Masters or Bachelor’s in nursing

MS Office; Basic typing (20 WPM) and strong communication skills

Preference will be given to healthcare BPO professionals with experience in non‐voice

processes, good typing, and interpersonal skills, along with a good overall

performance track record.

Must be willing to take on additional job.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
