Key Responsibilities:

- **Market Research**:

- Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to inform recruitment strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to recruiters and hiring managers based on research findings.
- **Database Management**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist in drafting job descriptions, posting job advertisements, and managing job postings across various platforms.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each role.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Prior experience in recruitment, research, or a related field is advantageous but not required.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Somajiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (required)
- Market research: 1 year (required)
