Job Title: Market Research Executive - Real Estate

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research studies, surveys, and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the real estate market.

2. Gather and analyze data from various sources, including industry reports, market intelligence, and internal data.

3. Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reports to track market trends and performance metrics.

4. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support business decisions, such as market entry, product development, and marketing strategies.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.

6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity.

7. Prepare and present research findings and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.

2. 2-3 years of experience in market research, preferably in the real estate industry.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and data analysis tools.

5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Nice to Have:
1. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.

2. Knowledge of statistical software, such as R or SPSS.

3. Familiarity with real estate software and data platforms.

4. Professional certifications, such as CFA or FRM.
