We're seeking someone who embodies the following:
Proven Experience (1-2 years preferred): A demonstrated track record in roles such as Research Analyst or similar positions.
Industry Knowledge (Highly Desired): Previous experience researching IT software and/or the US staffing sectors is highly advantageous.
Research Proficiency: Mastery of various research methodologies, both primary and secondary, to effectively gather and evaluate data.
Analytical Skills: The capability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data proficiently, identifying trends, patterns, and areas for growth.
Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to articulate research findings clearly and convincingly.
Technological Aptitude: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with a particularly strong grasp of Excel. Familiarity with data analysis tools like Tableau or Power BI is beneficial.
Team Collaboration: The capacity to work independently while also thriving within a collaborative team environment.
Extra Credit: Prior exposure to CRM systems such as Salesforce or any other tool is considered a valuable asset.

**Salary**: ₹581,579.11 - ₹646,531.49 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
