**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service Support**:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with customer queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Problem Solving & Issue Resolution**:

- Resolve customer complaints, issues, or concerns effectively, using available resources or escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
- Provide accurate, consistent, and timely information to customers.
- Follow-up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved and they are satisfied.
- **Data Entry & Documentation**:

- Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and relevant details in the company’s CRM or ticketing system.
- Ensure all necessary data is captured and documented for future reference and reporting.
- **Product & Service Knowledge**:

- Stay updated on product and service offerings to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Participate in training sessions to understand new processes and services.
- **Adherence to Processes & Quality Standards**:

- Follow company guidelines and processes to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Ensure that all service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- **Team Collaboration & Communication**:

- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve department goals and targets.
- Participate in team meetings, share feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance customer service quality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
