**About the Project**:
Shades & Motion is producing a promotional film and content package for **Aasra Foundation**, which supports individuals facing depression and suicidal thoughts. We are seeking an **intern with a strong interest in social work and storytelling** to support content collection on the ground.

**Role: Social Work Intern - Content Fieldwork**
**Location**: West Delhi (on-site field visits)
**Duration**: 4-6 weeks
**Stipend**: Paid
**Start Date**: Immediate

**Responsibilities**:

- Visit slum communities in West Delhi and coordinate with local volunteers from Aasra
- Capture **photographs and videos** that reflect the impact of Aasra’s work
- Conduct short interviews or record testimonials where applicable
- Ensure respectful and ethical handling of all field interactions
- Share raw content with the S&M team for editing and campaign creation

**Requirements**:

- Background in **social work, journalism, psychology, or media studies**:

- Empathetic, sensitive, and comfortable working in underserved communities
- Basic knowledge of photography/videography (phone camera acceptable, DSLR is a plus)
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Reliable and able to travel to West Delhi locations
- Fuel cost will be reimbursed

Pay: ₹11,616.75 - ₹15,000.00 per month
