**Position**: R&D Executive

**Location**: Nagpur, Maharashtra

**Office Timings**: 10 am to 7 pm (Full time)

**Experience Required**:At least 2 years Educational

**Qualifications**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree cosmetics

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Product Development and Innovation: o Develop new products based on the requirements of marketing teams and clients. o Drive innovation in the R&D department by exploring new trends, ingredients, and technologies.

2. Sample Procurement and Coordination: o Source and arrange samples of Actives, Raw Materials (RM), and Packaging Materials (PM) through coordination with suppliers and procurement teams.

3. Product Evaluation: o Regularly evaluate product functionality and performance, and establish protocols for evaluation and clinical trials when needed.

4. Batch Scaling and Production Transfer: o Scale up batches for production and ensure a smooth technology transfer to the production team for new product manufacturing.

5. Technical Documentation: o Provide technical write-ups and documentation when required, including analytical methods and evaluation protocols.

6. Analytical Method Development: o Develop and optimize analytical methods for testing active ingredients and finished products to ensure quality and compliance.

7. Stability Studies: o Conduct stability studies for new formulations to ensure product consistency and shelf life.

8. Product Improvement: o Continuously work towards improving the stability, efficacy, and safety of products.

9. Dossier and Artwork Support: o Provide input and assistance to relevant departments in preparing Dossiers, Labels, and Artwork, and create them when necessary.

10. Good Laboratory Practices (GLP): o Maintain and manage the lab according to Good Laboratory Practices, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

11. Cross-Departmental Coordination: o Collaborate with respective department heads to ensure effective work management and timely delivery of projects.

12. Export and Contract Manufacturing Support: o Assist with tasks related to Export, Contract Manufacturing, or any other work as directed by the Chief Technical Officer (CTO).

13. Time Management and Reporting: o Maintain time management and submit Daily Work Reports to ensure transparency and efficiency.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience in R&D, preferably within the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, or biotechnology industry.
- Strong knowledge of product formulation, active ingredients, and analytical method development.
- Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and product stability testing.
- Excellent communication skills for writing technical documents and coordinating across departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.

Work Environment:

- This is a laboratory-based role requiring adherence to strict safety and quality standards.
- Cross-functional collaboration with production, marketing, and procurement teams.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
