**Job Overview**:*

**Key Responsibilities:* -**

*Strategy Development:*

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals and the real estate market trends.
- **Content Creation**:* Produce high-quality, engaging content including images, videos, and written posts tailored to various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- **Campaign Management**:* Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote property listings, open houses, and real estate events.
- *Community Engagement:*

Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:*

Monitor social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, or similar. Provide regular reports on key metrics and suggest improvements.
- **SEO & SEM Integration**:*

Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate social media efforts with SEO and SEM strategies to maximize reach and lead generation.
- *Trends & Innovation:

- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually enhance our social media presence.
- *Collaboration:* Work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure a cohesive brand voice and message across all channels.
- *Ad Management:* Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
- *Compliance:* Ensure all social media activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
- *Education:*

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Experience**:*

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate sector.
- **Skills**:*
- Proficiency in social media platforms. - Strong writing and content creation skills. - Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite). - Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting. - Familiarity with real estate marketing and trends. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,516.63 - ₹30,378.07 per month
